Book Club

Book Club is open to students in grades 2nd- 6th.  Cost is $15.00 per event and includes the cost of the book and lunch for each meeting. Students keep the book. We read one book per month or two depending on the school calendar. Approximately 5-6 meetings per school year that take place at the lunch time of each class schedule. Each grade level reads an appropriate book for the age/grade level.  They are all chapter books that should take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete, though more time is typically given due to calendar scheduling.

A robust discussion of the book takes place while we have pizza, chips, cookies and a juice pouch for lunch.

There is an end of year party that takes place after school in May.
