Volunteer Requirements

The Diocese of Corpus Christi uses COMPASS to manage Safe Environment compliance for individuals serving in our parishes, schools, and ministries.

All individuals must complete a background check and Safe Environment training every three (3) years.
 

Are You a New Volunteer?

If you are a new volunteer, please contact the school office first. The school’s Safe Environment Coordinator (SEC) will provide you with the access information needed to register in COMPASS. Click on COMPASS login page link below to begin registration.

Already a Volunteer?

If you are already an approved volunteer, do not register in COMPASS unless instructed. The Safe Environment Office will notify you when it is time to renew your Safe Environment requirements. Do Not Register in COMPASS unless instructed to do so by your school’s SEC.
