Dear Blue Jay Families,
Our school is excited to announce the launch of a new online service that will allow you to add funds to you student’s lunch account and monitor your children’s lunchtime purchases.
An email was sent out with information on how to set up an account. Your child's School ID is in that email or you can find it in your FACTS Family Portal. You will need the ID to create the account.
You will need to create a parent account. This requires you to:
Go to https://stpiusxschoolcc.familyportal.cloud/
Click “Create Account” on the top menu bar.
Click I need to register as a Family Portal User.
Enter the email address for the username.
Click Next.
Read and Accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Check your email for activation instructions.
Click the link in the activation email.
Enter your first and last name and set a passphrase.
Click Submit.
When you have logged into the Family Portal, add a Person.
You will need to School ID to enter your student. This is found in your FACTS SIS Family Portal or the initial email from the school.
To place an order, once logged in, click the student's name. Click the box Order. You will see the menu options by the day.
We are excited to start using this new service so the cafeteria menu options will be limited the first week of school while we all learn.
