Meetings: The committee meets about once a month, usually held around the 3rd week of the month and will be announced in the weekly note from the principal. No prior experience is necessary—just a heart for service and a desire to support our school/parish’s mission.
Additionally, these are open meetings and parents/guardians are welcome to attend. Each meeting includes a time for public participation. If an individual wishes to be placed on the agenda he/she should contact the principal at least 48 hours prior to the set meeting. If the principal approves the agenda item, the parent/guardian requesting the agenda item will be notified.
