Special Message from Mrs. Maldonado
Hello St. Pius X family,
My name is Lisa Maldonado and I am excited to begin a new journey here teaching Kindergarten. I am a proud mother of four amazing children and married to my supportive husband. Our family loves to spend time together whether it's at the football field, at performances, or even enjoying a quiet movie night at home.
I graduated right here in Corpus Christi from TAMUCC. I have worked for many years in Education. For the past five years, I worked with children with visual impairments. I produced Braille for them so that they were able to do work like their other classmates. Before that, I taught for many years teaching Pre-K and working with children ages 3 - 12. I am so grateful for the opportunity to start a new journey here at St. Pius X.
I am currently a parishioner at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church. I have served as Catechist for Catechesis of the Good Shepherd for 3 years and am certified in Level 1 teachings. I fell in love with the program and the holistic way that it was taught when my own children attended classes. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to learn and teach through the Catechesis of The Good Shepherd at Most Precious Blood.
I hope that this new journey helps me grow as an educator but also as a servant of the Catholic faith. I am so excited to start this new school year with your children and families, here at St. Pius X.

Along with concentrating my education on teaching classes, I earned a bachelor's degree in University Studies. I have worked many years in the Education field, and recently for the past five years I was working with children with visual impairments. I produced Braille for them, so that they were able to do work like their other classmates. I also worked for three years teaching Pre-K and 2 years working with children ages 3 to 12. Being a teacher has always been my dream and I am grateful for the opportunity to start a new journey here at St. Pius. I am currently a parishioner at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church.
