Manner of the Month is a program at St. Pius X School that encourages and rewards students for having good manners. There is a different manner for each month, and students who get "caught" using that particular manner are given a ticket that is placed in a drawing. One student from each class in K-3 to 6th grade is drawn every two weeks. Those students in grades K-5 to 6th grade get to accompany the principal to lunch at either Wallbanger's or Jason's Deli. Our K-3 and K-4 students get a gift certificate to Wallbanger's since they are not allowed to go on field trips. The children love this program, and it gives them a chance to visit with the principal in a fun, friendly atmosphere. It is just one more way that St. Pius X School honors its children.
