Birthdays!
Birthdays are special days at St. Pius X School. When a student has a birthday, it is announced on our televised morning announcements. Afterwards the student is summoned to the office to receive a nametag and ribbon, and to pick out a birthday pencil and holy card from the principal. Then the student's picture is taken for the bulletin board in the cafeteria. (They get to wear the special birthday hat for the picture, too)
